Cloud Support Lead

The Cloud Support Lead will assist with the structured enablement of Google Cloud Services and support the cloud adoption and governance at Keybank. Will work cross-functionally with technology leaders to enhance cloud practices.

Essential Job Functions:

• Drive the structured enablement of Google Cloud services at KeyBank- including but not limited to) security baselines, architectural baselines, Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), robust documentation, and maintenance of an enterprise list of approved Google Cloud services (with associated governance). 
• Responsible for the governance of the cloud controls in KeyBank’s Google Cloud and Microsoft Azure environments – including ongoing governance of a hybrid team engaging multiple lines of defense for challenge and response.
• Supports vulnerability remediation efforts and escalates to senior leaders as applicable.
• Stays abreast of current technology trends (Cloud, AI, ML, etc.) and helps drive cloud technology strategy) where applicable).
• Supports a technology initiative, project, or investment through its lifecycle using agile and/or other methodologies (as appropriate)
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• Educational/Certifications: bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, other related field, or equivalent work experience
• Experience: 5+ years of information technology experience
• Excellent analytical, written, and oral communication.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Ability to facilitate cross functional meetings to accomplish objectives or resolve issues.
• Ability to meet deadlines and ensure others meet deadlines with minimal oversight.
• Agile and/or Project Management delivery experience

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $70,000 to $120,000 annually depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
