About the team

The Security & Compliance products team envisions a world where a few Security focused administrators can manage thousands of employees and meet security, compliance, and employee experience requirements to scale their company infinitely. We aim to enable admins to efficiently maintain company compliance while also ensuring a delightful employee experience.

What you will do

• Design and develop software for multiple key initiatives to help us execute our 2025 vision and beyond
• Work closely with the product and design teams to define feature specifications and build the next generation of IT Cloud products
• Own and execute well defined projects that support team goals with guidance from tech lead and manager
• Advocate for user experience by connecting to the different company partners and our end-users
• Analyze and improve efficiency, scalability, and stability of various system resources

What you will need

• A minimum 6 years of software engineering experience
• Experience building highly available, highly scalable platforms that power multiple products
• Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment by identifying areas of impact and independently pursuing them
• You have seen systems operating at significant technical and organizational scale
• Passionate about being in a product-focused environment where everyone cares deeply about customer impact
• Experience in building projects with good abstractions and architecture
• Excellent ability to communicate complex technical ideas with clarity and precision in written and verbal modes
• Passionate about mentoring and upleveling team members
• Preferred experience (but not required) in our technology stack - Python, Django, Golang, React, MongoDB, AWS
