As a Senior Security Analyst, you will help develop, administer, and maintain the program’s security policies and procedures in accordance with the Department of Defense Manual (DoDM) 5205.07 Volumes 1-4, the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 705, Joint SAP Implementation Guide (JSIG) and other applicable security regulations and requirements.
What You Will Do
- Assure compliance with applicable government and company regulations and policies.
- Develop, obtain approval for, and implement security policies and procedures to the program to include Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Operations Security (OPSEC) plans, customer directives and desktop procedures.
- Conduct inquiries into security incidents, write reports, and make recommendations for corrective actions.
- Provide security classification guidance to program accessed personnel and resolve security issues as needed.
- Provide Personnel Security (PERSEC) Support to include processing Process Program Access Requests (PARs) creating, updating and maintaining personnel security records.
- Process and manage incoming and outgoing visit authorizations and visitor control.
- Conduct annual inventories of all controlled documents.
- Support team in building accreditations, alarms, and maintaining a secure facility in accordance with ICD 705.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience in industrial security OR an Advanced Degree in related field
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued Top Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Products
- Experience with Department of Defense Manual (DoDM) 5205.07 Volumes 1-4, the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 705, Joint SAP Implementation Guide (JSIG)
