Job Type Full-time Description

Job Summary

The Associate Product Manager (APM) is a hands-on product role designed to develop strong product managers through real ownership and practical application. In this role, you will own defined product problems and initiatives end-to-end—learning product discovery, delivery, and decision-making by doing the work, not observing it. You will partner closely with Engineering, Design, and Operations while receiving active coaching and feedback from experienced product leaders. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build product judgment, customer empathy, and execution skills through real-world experience.

  • Use data, research, and feedback to validate problems before proposing solutions.

Solution Definition & Delivery

  • Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria that express intent, not just tasks.
  • Actively participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, and retrospectives.
  • Make day-to-day product decisions within your area of ownership.

Product Learning Through Metrics

  • Define and track success metrics for the initiatives owned.
  • Analyze feature adoption, usage patterns, and workflow impact.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication

  • Partner directly with Engineering, Design, Operations, and Support as the product owner for your initiatives.
  • Communicate priorities, tradeoffs, and decisions clearly and confidently.
  • Present findings, recommendations, and results to product leadership.
