Job Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Manage all warehouse employees, including creating schedules, providing coaching and mentoring and issuing corrective action when required.
• Manage shipping, receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing operational procedures and personnel policies
• Developing, Documenting, & Maintaining warehouse practices and procedures
• Maintain warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
• Daily monitoring of all Production and Raw Materials movements and storage.
• Manage warehouse costs including overtime. Allocate inventory to customer PO based on Allocation policy and SCM direction
• Manage warehouse space in most efficient way to maximize storage capacity
• Oversee efficient receipt & storage of fresh product deliveries. Maintain inventory & FIFO accuracy by conducting cycle counts, physical counts; reconcile with ERP system and allocating customer PO based on Allocation policy and SCM direction.
• Manage and improve warehouse KPI such as FIFO accuracy, damage control, ERP discrepancy and mis-shipments
• Oversee loading and unloading of product ensuring compliance with HACCP, Food Safety, and DOT regulations.
• Monitor and complete computer based and manual reports and related paperwork including movement of product in system, loading documents, picking and allocating pick sheets.
• Report all issues to the Warehouse Manager and assist in decision making using knowledge of operations and obstacles.
• Be able to cover the shift when the Manager is unavailable.
• Adheres to all Safety and GMP regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 2 - 5 years of experience in a supervisory role required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and time management skills.
• Preferred experience in food manufacturing company, logistics, or transportation.
• Experience working in a refrigerated environment.
• Experience using ERP system.
• Must be forklift certified.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. average 15-30 lbs.
• Constant standing, walking, kneeling.
• Ability to work in a safety sensitive environment.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic functions.
• Understanding of HACCP, GMP, and Food Safety regulations
• Bilingual in Korean is required.
• Work Hours: 6:30 PM – 3:00 AM
