About the role
This is a remote position.
Role Summary
We are looking for a Senior Instructional Designer to design and develop engaging, high-quality digital learning experiences. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with leading authoring tools and a solid understanding of SCORM and LMS environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop interactive eLearning courses using Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate, and/or iSpring Suite.
- Publish courses in SCORM (1.2 / SCORM 2004) and ensure proper LMS tracking.
- Configure tracking for completion, progress, quiz scores, and time spent.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate content into effective learning experiences.
- Review and test courses inside the LMS to ensure functionality and quality.
Requirements
- Strong experience with at least one major authoring tool (Storyline 360, Rise 360, Captivate, or iSpring).
- Solid understanding of SCORM standards and LMS behavior.
- Experience exporting and uploading SCORM packages to LMS platforms.
- Ability to build quizzes, interactions, and assessments.
- Portfolio of eLearning samples.
- Fluent in English
- Flexible and good communication
