About this opportunity

Welcome to the Network Architecture and Design team. You will be part of a journey where we add value by providing full lifecycle of the network platform, defining the overall network operational strategy, ensuring technology health, alignment towards business needs, and cost-effective continuous improvement. As the Leader, you’ll play a valuable role, Creating trust and ensuring team members grow in their roles. Providing our customers with high quality and reliable services based on high level design and architecture. 

What you’ll be doing:

• Together with your leader colleagues within network developing and maintaining our Network roadmap and design and secure that implementation of new features are aligned with the overall architecture
• Identifying possibilities within the current architecture in order to achieve less complexity and reduced cost and risk
• Pro-actively driving the creation and maintenance of the network architecture area based on wide end-to-end understanding
• Having close cooperation with Group Architecture, Strategic Programs and Stakeholders
• Advising Application Providers and Owners about risks and opportunities
• Creating trust and ensuring team members grow in their roles
• Setting the strategy direction for the future, together with the infrastructure Platform owner’s
• Following up on project initiatives and their progress

 
You’ll lead a high skilled team with big influence on the shape of Nordea Network. The role is based in Denmark.

To be able to work in this role it is important that you are fluent in spoken and written English, since you will be working in an international company.

Your experience and background: 

• 3-5 years Leadership background. 
• Strong stakeholder management skills capable of fostering culture of collaboration with the strategic suppliers
• Strong conflict management, resolution skills and quality cont
