Overview:
As an Associate Sales Enablement Manager, you support the Enablement team in delivering enablement to the field, working closely under the direction of senior enablement team members. This is an emerging-level role focused on coordination, content, and delivery: you help prepare and run enablement, build materials from the Enablement Team frameworks, support role-play and readiness activities for Account Executives, and report on how enablement is landing. It is a structured environment in which to build your skills and grow toward a full Sales Enablement Manager role.
What you will do:
- Program Support & Delivery: Support the delivery of enablement initiatives for your assigned segment — coordinating sessions, logistics, and follow-up — under the direction of senior team members.
- Content & Materials: Build and adapt enablement content from the Enablement Team’s frameworks, using AI tools to draft, synthesize, and package materials for AEs.
- Readiness & Practice Support: Help set up and run role-play practice and readiness activities and help AEs prepare for accreditation to their coverage tier.
- Reporting & Metrics: Collect and report basic enablement metrics (attendance, participation, adoption) and read basic business performance data to support the team’s reporting.
- Feedback Loops: Participate in planning and feedback loops — gathering input from AEs and the field and sharing it with stakeholders and the Enablement Team.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with the enablement team and internal stakeholders on program delivery, taking initiative with support and mentorship.
What we are looking for:
Required:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Equivalent work experience will be accepted in place of the education requirement.
- Years of experience: Minimum 2 years in sales, sales support, customer success, business development, or enablement.
- Experience with specific skills: Exposure to sales processes and a sales methodology (e.g., MEDDPICC), and eagerness to learn enablement and coaching fundamentals.
- Technical / software skills: Comfort with CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and content tools; openness to conversation-intelligence and role-play / enablement tools.
- Certifications: None required.
- Travel: Occasional — for team events and field engagement.
