Maytronics, a leading provider of innovative pool cleaning solutions, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join the team. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in providing strategic data analysis to support our senior management team. This position is designed to immerse you in all facets of our business operations, allowing you to gain comprehensive insights and contribute recommendations aimed at enhancing revenue, margin, and overall operational efficiency. While focusing initially on identifying pricing gaps and margin optimization in product pricing, you will also collaborate with data analysts and miners to develop comprehensive reporting and recommendations for various departments.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

●       Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and internal data to drive pricing strategies to optimize profitability

●       Lead A/B price testing, monitor performance, and share insights with leadership

●     �� Conduct in-depth analysis of product line performance, including sales trends, market share, and profitability metrics.

●       Prepare and present regular reports to senior management detailing product line performance and strategic recommendations.

●       Perform actual vs forecast analysis at product level to understand the drivers, impact, and corrective actions if any

●       Enhance processes for pricing governance and controls

●       Conduct thorough analysis of vendor performance metrics, including pricing, delivery, and quality.

●       Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing vendor analysis, insights, and recommendations for management, focusing on cost structures and potential savings.

●       Build forecast demand tools for seasonal and year-round pool products, including chemicals, equipment, and accessories, using historical sales data and market trends.

●       Analyze ERP data to optimize inventory levels across diverse geographical zones.

●       Collaborate with supply chain teams to align forecasts with product launches.

●       Develop weekly and monthly demand reports to identify variances, trends, and forecast accuracy KPIs.

●       Conduct root cause analysis on forecast errors and implemented corrective actions to improve accuracy and responsiveness.

●       Work closely with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely replenishment and efficient lead time management during peak seasons.

●       Support S&OP processes by providing data-driven insights and scenario planning to guide executive decision-making

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration.
• Strong academic background in data analysis, business analytics, or related fields.
• Familiarity with SQL scripting, data manipulation, and statistical modeling is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Demonstrated analytical skills and the ability to work with ambiguity in a dynamic business setting.
