How will you make an impact in this role?

The GSG Colleague MIS & Analytics team (CMA) is seeking Analysts to help drive the performance of our frontline colleagues. The Analyst – Performance Management & Incentives will have the responsibility of defining, implementing and maintaining a performance management program for the front-line colleagues and leaders across GS card rick processes for Credit, Fraud and New accounts teams in multiple markets globally.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day Performance Management and Incentives processes, driving process improvements by analyzing technical issues, performance results, and future project impacts.
  • Ensure the Incentives meet all AXP Governance requirements including documentation, approvals and reporting.
  • Provide analytical support for Operations through analysis of performance data to identify trends and drive necessary plan changes.
  • Leverage Tableau and Cornerstone/Lumi to create customer interactive dashboards and data analyses.
  • Establish partnership with critical customers creating solid informal as well as formal communication, including but not limited to meeting facilitation, status updates, and tool clarification / up-training.
  • Successfully engage in multiple metrics initiatives, lead and support ongoing metrics projects, and provide consultative expertise focused on win-win solutions.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to interact with GSG leadership
  • Skilled in MS Excel, PowerPoint, SQL
  • Analytical thinker and problem solver: comfortable working with and manipulating data, ability to find errors in large data set or reports.
  • Able to work independently as well as be a team player. Should be comfortable with flexible shift timings to support the international business, as needed.
  • Knowledge of GSG Operations.

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Understanding of Nice performance management (NPM) and /or Reporting Operational Performance (ROP) interface and Incentives processes.
  • Experience working with core MIS teams
