You will partner with commercial, compliance, product, and technology teams to ensure our KYC and enhanced due diligence programmes remain best in class. In this role you will own complex reviews, contribute to strategic process improvements, mentor junior colleagues, and deliver components of cross-functional projects that scale our operational capabilities.</p> <p><strong>What you will do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead<strong> end-to-end </strong>KYC and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reviews for high-risk or complex merchant portfolios, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations</li> <li><strong>Analyse </strong>changes in customer ownership, structure or activity, document material shifts in risk profile, and recommend mitigation actions</li> <li><strong>Maintain and optimize</strong> team processes and automation solutions to increase review throughput and accuracy</li> <li>Coordinate and execute within <strong>cross-functional projects</strong> spanning compliance, technology and commercial teams, from scoping through to delivery</li> <li>Provide <strong>expert guidance to merchants</strong> on due diligence requirements, resolving escalations and clarifying regulatory expectations</li> <li>Align review frameworks and scoring models with regional and global risk teams to ensure consistent risk assessment</li> </ul> <p><strong>Why is this Role Unique?</strong></p> <p>This role goes beyond front-line KYC or merchant onboarding.
