Key Role:
Support Army Product Office Leadership performing duties as an Executive Assistant. Apply full industry knowledge, develop innovative solutions to complex problems, and work without considerable direction. Maintain responsibility for balancing the urgency of competing demands and communicates with leadership to ensure appropriate actions are taken. Execute multiple assignments efficiently and use critical thinking to discern priorities with minimal directions. Formulate written documents and executive correspondence with minimal need for revision or corrections and understand and convey complex instructions verbally and in writing. Coordinate meetings and manage the calendar for leadership. Coordinate staffing and tracking of documents for approval and signatures. Maintain organization charts, telework agreements, distribution lists, and a telephone roster. Maintain responsibility for inprocessing and outprocessing of personnel and managing supply inventory and ordering.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience with Army Regulation AR-25-50 Preparing and Managing Army Correspondence
- Knowledge of SharePoint and Microsoft Office products
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Secret clearance
- HS diploma or GED
Additional Qualifications:
- Ability to perform executive responsibilities independently
- Possession of strong time management skills
- Possession of strong verbal and written communication skills, including briefing
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
