What You’ll Do:
As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Reception and oversight of the front desk during peak business hours (typically 8:30am – 4:30 pm daily)
- Greet, welcome, and manage all TRSS visitors to include: clients or prospective clients, interview candidates, new employees, guests, vendors, and more
- Support up to 3 executives with calendar management and planning travel
- Always ensure high professional office standards by maintaining décor, organization, and daily/weekly stocking of office snacks
- Support the planning and execution of company events, as needed, to include: All-Employee events, strategy/initiative meetings, training, speaker series, and more
- Work closely with the Office Coordinator and Chief of Staff, as needed
About You:
You’re a good fit for the role of Executive Assistant if you have:
- At least 3 years of similar EA, reception, administrative, and office experience
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Embodies the TRSS core values of Trust, Care, Character, and Collaboration
- Ability to handle competing priorities and multi-task
- Collaborative mindset with an ability to problem solve
- Strong self-motivation and initiative
- Proficient in MS Office, Cisco WebEx, and additional technology tools
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. national security clearance
