The Senior Demand Planning Coordinator provides essential support to the Demand Planning team by ensuring accurate forecast data, maintaining system integrity, and enabling effective planning through timely reporting and system updates. This role plays a key part in supporting new product introductions and customer forecast integration

How You'll Create Possibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Extract customer forecast data and upload to Oracle Demand Management Cloud (ODMC) for the Recreational Living team and Affiliate sites.

  • Act as the first responder for the Demand Planning Team’s quick response needs, researching and resolving questions related to forecast accuracy and forecasts at the Area Distribution Centers (ADCs) level. Monitor incoming inquiries, validate forecast inputs, document resolution and trends. Utilize Salesforce for quick response case management including creation, documentation, resolution, and reporting.

  • Manage New Product Introduction (NPI) setups in ODMC, including shipment history transfers from similar SKUs to new SKUs to ensure forecast continuity and deployment accuracy.

  • Maintain and update KPI summaries, Promotional Event Trackers, and other reports. Update/maintain reports including auditing for accuracy, format for clarity, and distribute. Maintain report templates. Support ad hoc reporting requests.

  • Pull and organize data to support ODMC and Forecast dashboards. Extract raw data, validate, and update data repositories and/or Excel-based templates.

What You'll Bring to Our Team

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience or Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 1 year relevant experience.

  • Self-motivated with excellent attendance record.

  • Proven self-starter who is proactive and possesses strong organization, time management and process improvement skills.

  • Technology requirements include proficiency in Oracle/ OSB, EBS, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other department related software and systems.

  • Flexibility with work schedule.

  • Strong analytical and data management skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – both written and verbal.

  • Strong professional skills with the ability to effectively communicate and build rapport at all levels of the Fulfillment organization.

  • Demonstrated team player with schedule flexibility to meet evolving business needs.

  • Possess strong computer skills, proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite and the ability to manage multiple web-based applications at one time.

  • Internal candidates must be in good standing for attendance and performance in their current role as well as receiving manager approval to apply.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience analyzing and summarizing data

  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel proficiency

  • Intermediate PowerPoint proficiency

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Working conditions are normal for an office environment.

  • Travel is not expected but attendance at meetings in multiple buildings throughout Appliance Park may be required.
