Bar Colette – Dallas, TX

 

Bar Colette is a cocktail bar in the West Village of Uptown Dallas, recognized and recently nominated for a 2025 James Beard Award for “Best New Bar”, A seasonally changing bar program led by acclaimed Bar Director, Roben Rolen and modern sushi from Kazuhito “Kaz” Mabuchi, executive chef-partner of Namo. All in an intimate and inviting setting

 

We’re looking for a full-time Cocktail Server/Bartender to join our team and deliver the warm, attentive service that matches the level of our bar program.

 

Responsibilities:

 

• Provide polished, knowledgeable service in a high-end cocktail setting
• Guide guests through our signature cocktail menu
• Maintain a welcoming and warm guest experience
• Facilitate cleanliness, organization, and professionalism at all times

 

 

What We’re Looking For:

 

• Execptional knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and service standards
• Ability to communicate with both the Bar team and Door Team
• Ability to thrive in a detail-driven environment
• Availability on Tuesday through Saturday, rotating between the bartender and cocktail serving posistion
