CASE MANAGER - SUBSTANCE USE DISORDERS - HOLLAND, MICHIGAN - FULL TIME
Join a dedicated team committed to helping clients navigate recovery, access essential resources, and build stability within their communities. Our Case Manager provides case management services for Recovery Management and Women's Specialty Services providing information and resources for our clients to help them manage their basic daily needs, coordinate appointments between organizations, provide education about community resources to clients and families.

Duties and Responsibilities

Job Qualifications
Education, Training, and Licensure/Certification
- Bachelor degree in human service related field. Master’s Degree preferred
Experience
- One year of experience working with individuals having disabilities, mental illness, and/or children in a residential setting
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
- Ability to effectively manage crisis situations and solve problems; ability to use de-escalating techniques. Excellent organization and prioritization skills; ability to utilize computer technology and various applications, including spreadsheets
- Willingness and ability to demonstrate compassion, a non-judgmental attitude, and empathy towards persons served; ability to maintain a helping role and intervene in situations when appropriate
- Ability to work with children and families with multiple problems and an overall ability to relate and engage with children and families in the resolution of these problems
