You’ll collaborate with teams across HR to make sure our digital tools are truly useful — helping reduce manual work, improve clarity, and support great service.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><strong><span>How you will make an impact:</span></strong></p> <ul> <li><span>Help shape how we use reporting and automation tools to support HR operations</span></li> <li><span>Lead the design of easy, smart solutions using tools like Power BI and Power Automate</span></li> <li><span>Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and turn them into useful, simple tools or dashboards</span></li> <li><span>Help make sure our solutions are clear, consistent, and aligned with our business needs</span></li> <li><span>Support teams with automation and reporting – improving efficiency and reducing manual work</span></li> <li><span>Share knowledge, good practices and support collaboration across teams</span></li> <li><span>Act as a trusted advisor and problem-solver for HR teams looking to improve how they work</span></li> <li><span>Provide data and process insights that help HR leaders make good decisions</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong><span>What will make you successful?</span></strong></p> <p><span>You’re someone who enjoys making processes run smoother and helping others with smart solutions. You like talking to people, figuring out what they need, and making their work easier through the use of tools like Power BI or Power Automate.
