Position Overview

The HTM Business Analyst is a professional with a high level of intellectual curiosity for solving complex, strategic problems while always exploring methods to improve processes. You must be well organized, with the ability to bring clarity, structure, and execution to ambiguous situations by utilizing data driven analytics.

 This role reports to the VP, HTM Customer Success for Siemens Healthineers. 

This is a key leadership role designed to build and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through alignment of internal resources to deliver an exceptional customer experience.  In this role, the VP, HTM Customer Success will be responsible for developing and tracking key performance indicators for Siemens HTM accounts.  Key performance indicators will be focused on, but not limited to, customer satisfaction, margin performance, areas of continuous improvement, and deployment of effective countermeasures.

This individual must demonstrate the ability to develop high-level service delivery strategies, effectively communicate across multiple departments and ensure execution of strategic and tactical initiatives.

Responsibilities:

The HTM Business Unit within Siemens Healthineers, offers customized service solutions across customers’ diagnostic imaging install bases. The HTM program focuses on driving revenue growth for our most strategic accounts in North America. The program intends to elevate our relationship from a vendor to a trusted partner, enabling our customers to maximize the benefit of our products, services, and solutions.

Key Areas of Focus:

  • Utilizing data analytics to develop comprehensive HTM opportunity assessments.
  • Assist VP, Customer Success, with the development of business review analytics.
  • HTM equipment conversion target identification, tracking and reporting.
  • Create and publish monthly HTM account scorecards.
  • Develop comprehensive end-to-end process mapping.
  • Tracking and monitoring of KPIs, initiatives, projects, forecast, etc.
  • Work with Finance to track, verify and report monthly compensation.
  • Assist with process compliance verification.

  • Robust analytical skills and experience utilizing Excel, PowerPoint and Data Visualization tools.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry
  • High level of initiative and problem-solving ability.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Excel at storytelling through data.

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:

  • Business Analysis, Data Analysis, Project Management, and Sales Support
  • Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree preferred.
  • Strong business communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Project management skills with the ability to motivate and lead project teams.
  • Excel, PowerBI. Data Visualization, Smartsheet proficiency preferred.
