Total Care Learning Academy is seeking an experienced and passionate Clinical Director to lead our clinical team and support the delivery of high-quality services for children and families at our Learning Academy in Yuma, AZ.

The Clinical Director will provide clinical leadership, oversee daily operations, mentor staff, ensure best practices are followed, and help create a supportive environment where clinicians can thrive. What you will do:

• Provide clinical leadership, supervision, and support to clinical team members 

• Oversee the quality and effectiveness of clinical services and programming 

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and clinical strategies 

• Supervise, mentor, and coach clinical staff to support professional growth 

• Ensure compliance with company standards, ethical guidelines, and applicable regulations 

• Review clinical documentation and ensure accuracy, quality, and timeliness 

• Collaborate with families, staff, and leadership to achieve positive outcomes 

• Support staff training, onboarding, and ongoing development 

• Monitor clinical performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement 

• Foster a collaborative, supportive, and client-focused team culture

What you’ll bring:

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field 

• Arizona BCBA certification required 

• Experience providing clinical supervision and leading a team of clinicians 

• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and evidence-based practices 

• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills 

• Passion for improving the lives of children with autism and supporting their families

• Experience work in a school environment preferred
