What you will contribute 

• As a Technical Product Manager/Product Owner you will collaborate with the Senior Director of Product Management on strategy and roadmap for CCS features. 

• Define and prioritize product and market requirements to allow development teams to deliver the required functionality. 

• Drive Agile delivery and value creation through CCS roadmap execution as a TPM/PO. 

• Stay updated on market trends for automated and resilient platform deployment. 

• Communicate market-leading deployment approaches to engineering teams and stakeholders. 

• Assist engineering teams in understanding Epics, Stories, and Acceptance criteria. 

• Prioritize backlog, balancing customer needs and value-added improvements. 

• Lead backlog grooming, release planning, and launch readiness activities. 

• Communicate well-formed development proposals to guide Scrum Teams. 

• Provide oversight and guidance to Engineering Teams while maintaining a strategic focus. 

What We’re Seeking 

• In-depth experience as a Technical Product Manager/Product Owner in enterprise platforms, focusing on addressing the requirements for a communication platform.

• Experience with agile development process, working very closely with the development scrum teams. 

• Hands-on experience working with enterprise software that are deployed as distributed and resilient platforms. 

• Strong working knowledge of cloud environment (preferably AWS)

• Strong experience working as a product owner in a scrum team, managing backlogs and product roadmaps, defining functional specifications driving the product goals and providing guidance in design discussions. 

• Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with global teams. 

• Demonstrated ability to think strategically about product and business issues while managing difficult trade-offs with current customers.

• The targeted base pay range for this role is: $123,000 to $193,000 with this range reflecting differences in candidate knowledge, skills and experience.
