We are looking for experienced Project Coordinators who have strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders to join our award-winning team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects, including cabinet refacing, run smoothly and exceed customer expectations.

 

About the Job:

• Ensuring partners and project team leads have the necessary information to service our customers

• Providing training for all newly onboarded partners

• Maintaining partner documentation, including licensing and insurance

• Communicating contract details with partners, project team leads, and customers

• Reviewing partner and vendor invoices upon receipt

• Creating, updating, and managing purchase orders for labor and materials

• Running expected delivery reports on all outstanding purchase orders

• Maintaining a ledger of all subcontractor payments on a bi-weekly basis

• Processing permit requests through our established permit procurement process

What You Bring:

• Ability to adapt to new procedures and follow our systems

• Customer service-oriented personality with a professional demeanor

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment

• Experience with CRM systems and logistics preferred

• Technologically proficient: Word, Excel, PowerPoint (we are paperless)

• High standard of integrity and professionalism

• Must be customer service-driven

• Must be able to pass a background screening

• Valid driver’s license with current vehicle insurance

  • Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
