THE JOB:
As a Linen Attendant with Excalibur, you will set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING RATE: $21.7211/hr

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Receive and distribute daily linen deliveries to areas such as Housekeeping, Public Areas, Pool, Spa, Food & Beverage, and Casino, while also transporting tower trash to the main trash dock.

• Complete daily assignments and update task sheets for tasks including Trash/Linen, Receiving, Food, Beverage, Spa/Salon, Pool, and Restocking Stations.

• Oversee inventory management, stocking, and logistics at restock stations, ensuring supplies are staged, organized, and replenished on time.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas, and submit accurate Restock Station logs to the Housekeeping Manager.

• Communicate operational and inventory needs clearly and provide excellent service by assisting both internal and external guests, meeting S.H.O.W. Service Basics.

• Operate equipment such as tuggers, lifts, and pallet jacks safely around the Linen Dock, and follow linen quality control guidelines.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Able to work varied shifts including holidays and weekends

• Comfortable with lifting/carrying up to 50lbs

• Six (6)+ months of guest service experience
