Client:
Adult male living at home with wife
Ambulates with a walker
Schedule:
15 hours per week
3 days per week
11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Responsibilities:
Assistance with bathing and personal hygiene
Help with dressing and grooming
Meal preparation
General check-ins and supervision while spouse is at work
Household Notes:
Lives with wife (works during the day)
One cat in the home
Non-smoking environment
Goal:
Provide support, safety, and companionship during daytime hours when spouse is unavailable.
