The Position
We are currently seeking a Senior Manager Maintenance Planning who can help Lead & develop the utilities maintenance team to drive maintenance excellence in a 24/7 GMP manufacturing operation.
As a Senior Manager Maintenance Planning in our Fill finish expansions department, you will:
- Coach & mentor direct reports
- Ensure operation & maintenance is performed per HS&E & GMP requirements
- Operate & maintain Utility systems per stakeholder needs
- Collaborate with Facility Engineering to update & execute the Utility Master Plan
- Prevent recurrence of Utility unscheduled events & DV’s via problem solving
Qualifications
- Education: BS/BA in technical field or equivalent combination of education & industry equivalent experience preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of leadership/supervisory experience in engineering, manufacturing, or maintenance, preferably in a pharmaceutical/regulated industry preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in utility maintenance at a manufacturing operation preferred
- Expertise in utilities systems required
- Knowledgeable in reliability maintenance (RCM), life cycle management, & TPM preferred

You will be joining a newly established and growing area in our company, responsible for designing, planning, and building all major fill & finish expansion projects across Novo Nordisk to meet the needs of millions of patients. You will be part of a global team who will develop the pharma facilities of the future and work with advanced technology to rethink our fill & finish facilities.
