As a Senior IT Technical Support, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our team, resolving technical issues and ensuring system stability. You will work independently to achieve goals and provide technical insights to internal stakeholders such as developers, product managers, and others.

 

WHO YOU ARE:

• You have significant experience providing IT technical support, troubleshooting issues.

• You are knowledgeable about networking and server administration.

• You have good knowledge of operating systems, and security protocols.

• You work independently and are goal-oriented, with excellent English skills.

• You have formal education in Computer Science or a related field.

 

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Provide technical support to our internal customers, troubleshoot issues and ensure system stability.

• Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking.

• Ensure data security and integrity by implementing appropriate backup and recovery procedures, security protocols.

• Evaluate and integrate new IT technologies and solutions.

• Provide technical insights to internal stakeholders and other IT support team members.

• Create & review IT support documentation.

 

The technology we use includes Microsoft Windows, Office365, Azure, on-premise Windows Server , and UniFi.
