Project Manager Strategy and Transformation Manager

Project Planning & Management:

• Lead end-to-end management of multiple projects in the manufacturing plant, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules, ensuring timely execution.

 Execution & Monitoring:

• Coordinate with internal teams, including production, engineering, and procurement, to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Oversee contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure quality standards and timelines are met.
• Monitor project progress using relevant project management tools and techniques, adjusting plans as needed.

 Stakeholder Management:

• Liaise with senior leadership to provide regular updates on project status, risks, and opportunities.
• Work with plant managers and department heads to ensure seamless integration of project outcomes into plant operations.
• Manage communication with all stakeholders, ensuring their expectations are aligned with project deliverables.

 Risk Management:

• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental regulations are met during project execution.
• Manage project changes and assess the impact on timelines and budgets.

 Cost Control & Reporting:

• Monitor project costs, ensuring all expenditures are within budgetary limits.
• Provide accurate and timely reporting on project performance, budget status, and resource utilization.
• Evaluate project outcomes and propose improvements for future projects.

 Continuous Improvement:

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in project management processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technologies relevant to manufacturing projects.
