Customer Service Representative / Sales Consultant

As a FASTSIGNS Sales Consultant, you will be in contact with current customers as well as prospective customers in our FASTSIGNS Center. You will work directly with customers via email, telephone and in-person, assisting them with quotes, orders and order pickups.  The sign industry is ever changing and dynamic. All you have to do is look all around and you’ll see there are signs of all types everywhere. You will never be bored working in the sign industry as even the smallest of jobs up to very large projects are unique and highly customized.   Our ideal candidate for this position is someone who is outgoing, responsive, eager to learn and has the ability to build relationships. Great listening skills, documentation and organization are highly valued in candidates for this position. You will learn to prepare estimates, implement work orders and ensure timely delivery of finished products. You will be involved in daily team meetings, manage client projects and be intimately involved in the success of the FASTSIGNS Center.  Salary potential is based on performance and paid monthly after initial 90 day probationary period. We are not just looking for just anyone to fill this position, we are looking for someone that believes they are the best! We don’t consider this position as an entry-level we consider the position a stepping stone for any individual who wants a career path and personal growth in their life.
