Role Overview
The mission of the supply associate is to ensure we are providing enough partners to fill specific shifts in specific geographies for our customers. This is especially important in fast-growing markets when we are launching new roles or new customers. The successful supply associate will help us achieve our supply goals in new markets by setting targets for needed numbers of new partners in each geography, scheduling orientations for those partners, and managing the partner messaging to get partners to their orientations. They will own the assignment volume, execute the playbook to ensure we are hitting that volume, and create systems and processes that improve show rate allowing for a more efficient use of each assignment. The supply associate is expected to work closely with engineering to create an improved end to end in-app experience for partners from orientation pickup through orientation check in.
Outcomes: What problems you will solve
Your role will evolve over time but some of your early responsibilities will include:
Own hitting the daily, weekly, and monthly targets for partners being oriented
Working with our digital acquisition team to ensure enough partners are entering the ecosystem
Scheduling sufficient orientation capacity to properly orient new partners
Coordinating the orientation of new partners with effective scheduling and management
Executing a playbook of partner communication to maximize orientation shift fill rates
Use tools like Google Sheets, SQL, and additional resources to gather and analyze data to develop insights and inform decisions
Analyze outcomes, often daily, and triage issues, taking action where possible and escalating when required
Competencies: Who you are
Do you have what it takes to acquire new partners successfully and fundamentally change labor? Here are the attributes you’ll need:
Self-starter: You have 2-5+ years of experience with the potential, motivation and ambition to grow and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

You will be required to flexibly adapt and manage outcomes even when situations change and circumstances evolve.
Problem solver: You thrive working through and solving problems, quickly learn and adapt to new situations, and can synthesize the abstract into the concrete.
Highly organized: You plan, organize and execute in a highly structured way and relish bringing formality to ambiguity, ruthlessly prioritize, and feel organization is second nature to you.
