Summary:

Anaconda is seeking a talented Staff Product Manager to join our rapidly-growing company. This Product Manager will be a leader in our brand new data team, serving as the owner for the Gateway product. This means being the product expert, maintaining comprehensive knowledge of features, market position, and competitive landscape while actively educating colleagues. They drive organizational improvement through strategic initiatives and process refinement. Their role demands unwavering attention to product delivery timelines and quality standards, maintaining constant awareness of project status and potential issues. They demonstrate strong business acumen by evaluating and articulating the financial implications of product decisions, ensuring alignment between product strategy and company objectives. Through these responsibilities, they act as both product champion and business steward, driving measurable outcomes that benefit both customers and the organization. 

What You’ll Do:

• Own the strategy and product roadmap for Anaconda’s Gateway product
• Drive successful execution of your plan for enabling the delivery of verified quality data to Anaconda’s millions of users
• Engage with industry partners, influencers, and customers as both providers and consumers of your products
• Collaborate across the product organization to create a roadmap that meets the data needs of our various products and businesses
• You’ll be the leading voice for our data business and represent it across the company and to our senior leadership team

What You Need:

• 8+ years of product management experience
• Product strategy and roadmap development
• Domain expertise in the Data space (data science, network, data infrastructure)

What Will Make You Stand Out:

• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
• Experience with the data lifecycle process in a production environment (Engineers, labelers, business leaders)
• Experience with data pipeline and data instrumentation
• Experience working with data scientists and implementing data visualizations
• Product Management experience in a data or data management products
