About the Role

CourseCareers trains hundreds of students online every month, and we’re excited to expand our support for those pursuing careers in Sales Development. We’re looking for experienced SDR/BDR professionals based in the United States to join us as paid Career Coaches, providing mentorship and guidance to students as they prepare for new roles in the field.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and guidance to help students learn sales development and land their first entry-level job.

• Introduce new people to a career in sales development.

• Teach people about what a career in sales entails.

What We’re Looking For

To qualify for this role, you’ll need:

✔ 3+ years of hands-on experience in technology sales as an SDR, BDR, or AE.

✔ Strong communication skills and a passion for teaching and mentoring.

✔ Current residence in the United States.

Compensation

Your earnings as a Career Coach will depend on the time, effort, and quality you bring to your sessions. Here’s what you can expect:

💰 $1,000–$2,000 per month with just 2–3 hours of coaching weekly.

💰 Top coaches can earn $5,000–$15,000+ monthly as they build their coaching practice.
