Marketing Assistant- Graphic Design/Communications (Part-Time)

Responsibilities:

• Develop graphics and copy for various marketing needs, including but not limited to presentation decks, sales flyers, booth materials, social content, and print needs.
• Assist with the creation, scheduling, and overall coordination of marketing materials needed for various events and client meetings
• Collaborate cross-departmentally on ad hoc internal communication needs (for example: recruiting brochures and employee newsletter)
• Assist in the management of branded inventory
• Support Marketing Team with day-to-day, ad hoc administrative tasks as required

Qualifications:

• Achieved or pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the basics of graphic design and copywriting
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (preferred) or Canva
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
