Transfer Pricing Senior Manager - US (Los Angeles)

About the Team
The Global Tax department is seeking a Transfer Pricing Senior Manager who will become an integral part of our team. In this role, you will be leading transfer pricing and tax matters in Americas with a special focus on the US, including but not limited to transfer pricing planning, policy setting, OTP, compliance, controversy and providing expert transfer pricing support and solutions as and when requested by the business. This role will face some of the most dynamic challenges in transfer pricing and will have plenty of learning and growth opportunities.

- Building business partnerships by liaising and collaborating closely with finance teams to provide ad-hoc advice and solutions.
- Lead in undertaking internal transfer pricing risk assessment.
- Lead functional and financial analyses to validate the existing transfer pricing policies or propose new policies where applicable.
- Lead the implementation of transfer pricing processes, controls, and monitoring periodically.
- Implement, monitor, and maintain operational transfer pricing processes and provide improvement suggestions.
- Lead transfer pricing related tax audit, be responsible for strategy development, response preparation, tax authority communication and relationship management
- Conduct periodic transfer pricing calculations.
- Collaborate with external consultants to lead the preparation, review, and update of contemporaneous transfer pricing documentations and other TP compliance documents.
- Respond to internal and external transfer pricing enquiries, and assist business partners with transfer pricing issues in a timely manner.
- Monitor and analyze proposed and newly enacted transfer pricing legislation, regulations and judicial decisions that impact the company operations and financial positions.

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $151050 - $273600 annually.
