Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelors degree preferred
• 5 years of experience managing multi-site teams within the healthcare space preferred
• Strong understanding of home care operations and Medicaid regulations preferred
• Coordinate and lead all operations within a designated market to meet operational and financial goals
• Demonstrated self-starter with the ability to engage and lead a team effectively
