Marketing Director - Health & Medical

What You Will Do

• Strategic Marketing & Growth: Develop and execute innovative, data-driven marketing strategies to drive revenue and profit growth, proactively responding to competitive trends and regulatory requirements.

• Financial Leadership: Own the marketing budget and oversee annual targets. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure financial goals are met, driving cost efficiencies without compromising quality.

• Market Insight & Product Innovation: Explore and capitalize on new market opportunities, guiding products from concept through launch. You’ll partner with teams to ensure we stay ahead with a competitive, customer-centric product portfolio.

• Team Leadership: Cultivate a collaborative and high-performing team culture. Lead by example to support your team’s growth and success, building talent and driving engagement.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Establish strong partnerships across Global Marketing, US Commercial Development, Sales, and Pricing teams to align on strategies, support product launches, and equip sales teams with the tools they need to succeed.

Who You Are

• A marketing professional with 7+ years of experience in Marketing and/or Sales, with at least 3 years of experience leading teams, ideally within the medical device or healthcare sector.

• You bring a strong analytical mindset and a track record of P&L responsibility, with the ability to make data-informed decisions and meet financial targets.

• People-focused and collaborative, you have a proven ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.

• You have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, and strong interpersonal and communication skills that enable you to work effectively across teams and levels.

• Above all, you are driven by a purpose—to make a difference in healthcare, shaping solutions that improve lives.

Position is located in Charlotte, North Carolina.
