Senior Sales Execution Manager

The Senior Sales Execution Manager is responsible for supporting our multi-trade Sales team’s activities and initiatives to increase sales and profitability through customer engagement and leadership team support. This position serves as a liaison between the sales teams and internal support functions for data analysis, process management, and customer resolution utilizing a growth mindset with an emphasis on continuous improvement.
This position will be based near a Rheem office, as remote work arrangement, supporting the Strategic Sales team for both Water Heating and Air Conditioning Divisions. Candidate must be near Rheem office to be considered. Roughly 25% travel required.
- Lead and facilitate point-of-view development utilizing trends and insights, sales insights enablement, and thought leadership for initiatives and projects to enable sound, objective decision-making.
- Transpose data into insightful visualizations
- Work cross-functionally with category, sales, marketing, and finance teams to deliver against established business goals and objectives utilizing effective matrixed relationship management and decision making.
- Leverage datasets and research to develop deep understanding of the customer experience to map & activate comparatively advantaged product/ service portfolios further enhancing our strategic market differentiation.
- Articulate strategy and create compelling & engaging presentations for executive team
- Establish best practice tools, programs and platforms for data analysis, market mapping, and mining for development of a robust research library and dashboards for performance, continuous improvement, and innovation analytics.
- Lead the execution of multiple sales projects and initiatives, ensuring they meet scope, timeline, and budget requirements. Identify and mitigate risks to keep projects on track.
- Develop and document multi-trade sales operation processes to facilitate efficient execution of business-related tasks.
- Drive resolution of issues, identify root cause and implement risk mitigation as go-forward execution to maximize the value of the customer experience.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 10+ years of sales related experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven success in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment with a high sense of urgency, customer focus and collaboration.
- Strong analytical skills demonstrated through data collection, analysis and summary reporting at the executive level
- Proven experience successfully navigating through matrixed organizations
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization
