Campari Group is today the sixth-largest player worldwide in the premium spirits industry.</p> <p><u>General Description of the Role context</u></p> <p> </p> <p>The GBS is a Global Business Service organization, today focused on Finance and Supply Chain processes, working through both an internal organization and a Global Business Outsourcer (BPO) which partner with Campari along GBS development and running. Within the GBS, the Global Process Optimization &amp; Automation (PO&amp;A) Team mission is to enhance process innovation and optimization to boost automation cross geographies and functions, via new technologies and E2E vision along processes, activating and deploying the required change management.</p> <p>The Global Process <a name="_Hlk98237467">Optimization &amp; Automation </a>Senior Specialist will work in conjunction with Customer Service, Sales team and Commercial FP&amp;A to drive the development and activation of effective tools and procedures to optimize bottom line processes. The position enable the possible to deep dive on a variour range of processes within the Customer Life Cycle Area: from Customer Master Data Management, Sales Order Processing and Shipping, towards Account Recevaible and trade promotions management. The geographical scope includes all Group markets as well as Group functions. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><u>The Mission and Key Responsibilities</u></p> <p> </p> <p>The Global Process Optimization &amp; Automation Senior Specialist’s key responsibilities are:</p> <ul> <li>Implement streamlined and efficient processes across Campari Group Markets and Function on Customer Life Cycle Flow with particular focus on finance related processes and trade promotion management (account receivables and deferred discounts/Commercial FP&amp;A) </li> <li>Design Customer Life Cycle Process leveraging on Process Mining Tools to work on E2E Customer Life Cycle flow continuous improvement to reach process harmonization and efficiencies across countries, providing recommendations and guidance to major LEs Stakeholders </li> <li>Ensure a data-oriented assistance approach throughout the overall initiative lifecycle</li> <li>Leverage the post-events analysis to identify corrective actions and re-design the execution strategy</li> <li>Develop dedicated process monitoring Key Performance Indicators and monitor their % increase reached through dedicated process improvements and automation actions </li> <li>Run the deep dive assessment within the business and identify the need of developing new process improvements/automation to reach Business requirements and expected results</li> <li>Lead and/or contribute to strategic global project initiatives aimed at the development of tools &amp; systems  across market enhancing processes effectiveness and improving data insights for better decision making</li> <li>Build credible and trustable partnerships and drive collaboration with Internal and External Stakeholders across business functions/regions. Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Customer Service and Commercial FP&amp;A in the definition of process improvements actions</li> <li>Drive action, synthesizing findings into specific initiatives with clear ownership, governance, and tracking</li> <li>Lead Program and Project Management providing full support on major initiative (including i.e. project planning definition, predisposition of all standard deliverables necessary for the project's deployment, etc)</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><u>Key Relationships</u></p> <p> </p> <p><em>Internal: </em>GBS PO&amp;A Team, other GBS Functions, Global/Regional Functions, Local Entities, Global IT</p> <p><em>External:</em> International GBS outsourcer Partner dealing with different Hub located in America, Asia and Europe, other external partners/consultants</p> <p> </p> <p><u>Experience Required</u></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Minimum 3-4 years working for a consulting or complex global organization </li> <li>Experience in a commercial/finance role and in process re-engineering preferred </li> <li>Required Knowledge on SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module is a must</li> <li>Knowledge on SAP Cloud for Customer(C4C) is a plus</li> <li>Knowledge on Celonis Process Mining Tool is a plus</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><u>Education / Professional Qualifications</u></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Master Degree in Economics / Business Administration or Engineering</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><u>Skills Requir
