Job responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Oversee workforce planning and employment processes of temporary employees, including interviewing applicants, managing pre-employment procedures, and handling transfers, promotions, hires, and terminations.
• Serve as the primary contact for temporary agencies to ensure seamless coordination, payroll processing, and weekly invoice reconciliation.
• Manage the company's HRIS system, Ceridian Dayforce, including timesheets, payroll processing, personnel changes, and onboarding/offboarding of temporary employees.
• Assist in resolving employee relations issues and lead investigations in alignment with Corporate HR as needed.
• Support onboarding, termination processes, company evaluations, and administrative tasks related to full-time employees as required.
• Maintain records of employee warnings in compliance with company policies, federal, and state regulations.
• Administer workers' compensation claims, oversee injury case management.
• Prepare and analyze Excel reports on payroll, labor costs, work hours, and headcount on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned.
• This is a temp-to-perm position based at our Fullerton plant.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Mathematics/Accounting or Business Administration.
• Previous experience in payroll or payroll reports analysis.
• Demonstrated excellence in verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish is required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in HR/payroll/analyst capacity.
• Demonstrated understanding and application of HR legal compliance.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and Word, proficiency with PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Must be a self-starter, fast learner, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to handle confidential information.
• Attention to detail.
• Must be organized and able to prioritize tasks and handle multi-tasks in a fast work pace.
