Our Finance team serves as a critical partner responsible for managing all global activities related to financial performance, accounting, and tax.

What will I be doing?

As Tax Analyst you would manage all operational tax duties of our Mexico and Caribbean Managed hotels in the continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and maintain accurate control environments. Specifically, you would perform the following duties:

• Calculate monthly Federal operational taxes
• Calculate monthly State operational taxes
• Mexican tax filing
• Accounting records ensuring tax transactions are recorded in Hotels’ financial systems
• Ensure revenue reconciliations are accurate
• Calculate local and foreign tax withholdings
• Electronic invoicing controls
• Tax accounts reconciliations
• Reporting to Tax Supervisor

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:

• 6 months minimum of related experience, including internships (Example: Accounting, Bookkeeping, Tax)
• Work a hybrid office schedule based in our office in Mexico City, Mexico a minimum of 3 days per week.
• You are proficient in Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)

It would be useful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

• BA/BS Bachelor’s Degree
