The Opportunity:

LG Electronics Alabama (LGEAI) is seeking a Strategic Planning Analyst to support the development and execution of business strategies across departments. This role is highly cross-functional, requiring analytical strength, strong communication, and the ability to translate big-picture goals into actionable plans. The ideal candidate is fluent in Korean and English and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing strategic growth initiatives
  • Summarize key points from management meetings and coordinate follow-up actions
  • Prepare recurring and ad-hoc business reports for senior leadership, HQ, and subsidiaries
  • Facilitate internal meetings and maintain KPI reports and dashboards
  • Analyze business processes and recommend optimizations in policies and execution
  • Interpret data across multiple sources (sales, VOC, web analytics, surveys, etc.) to generate insights
  • Identify customer journey pain points and support initiatives to enhance retention and experience
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to gather and deliver analytical support to leadership
  • Perform other duties as needed in support of strategic goals

Qualifications / Education / Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Planning, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in strategic planning, project management, or analytics
  • Bilingual in Korean and English (must be able to read and write Korean)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Analytical, solution-oriented mindset with ability to adapt quickly
  • OPT candidates will be considered

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience presenting to and working directly with senior executives
  • Ability to distill complex data and communicate clearly across audiences
  • Demonstrated success in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
  • High attention to detail and commitment to high-quality deliverables

Recruiting Range$65,000$75,000 USD
