Growth Marketing Manager, Acuity

We are looking to add a B2B Growth Marketing Manager to our Acuity Scheduling marketing team. Acuity Scheduling, a Squarespace company, allows users to schedule appointments directly on their website in a seamless way, taking away the administrative burden of their business so users can focus on what they love.

As a B2B Growth Marketer, you will develop strategies to increase customer acquisition and activation. You will use a combination of data analysis, creativity, and digital marketing expertise to optimize our marketing efforts. You will also have an understanding of multiple marketing channels, strategic ability, and experience with data-driven decision-making.

You will report to the Head of Marketing for Acuity and have the option of working remote (within the U.S.) or on-site (hybrid) at our NYC headquarters.

You'll Get To…

• Manage SEO strategy and execution in collaboration with the SEO team
• Oversee channel expansion, monitor performance and provide insights back to cross functional teams
• Use data analytics to identify KPIs and create testing plans that drive continuous improvements
• Build, test, and optimize landing pages across marketing campaigns that deliver compelling content that excites and motivates our target audience.

Who We're Looking For

• 6+ years experience as a B2B Growth Marketer or in a similar role, with experience driving customer acquisition and revenue growth
• Proficient experience working with performance marketing metrics (CPM, CPI, CPA, CPC & LTV) and using data to optimize campaign performance
• Expertise in using both quantitative and qualitative data to inform overall project prioritization and success
• Someone with experience gaining alignment from key stakeholders and leading complex cross-functional initiatives

Cash Compensation Range: $115,500 - $203,550 USD

The base salary for this position will vary based on job-related criteria including relevant skills, experience, and location, among other factors.

In addition to the cash compensation above (which includes base salary and, where applicable for eligible roles, may include on-target commissions or overtime pay), all Squarespace employees are eligible to receive equity in the company as part of their total compensation.
