Build your career with IU Health!  We have an exciting opportunity available for a Lead Senior Financial Analyst to join the Government Programs team at our Indianapolis location on a hybrid schedule. 

Government Programs is a small, innovative, supportive and highly collaborative Team.  Individual's responsibilities will be split between 340B and Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement.  Individual will be responsible for growing the 340B Program which includes identifying 340B opportunities and registering hospitals and various sites for 340B eligibility.  Individual will be responsible for 1-2 cost reports which includes preparation and review of MAC adjustments.  Assist in addressing reimbursement needs of Leadership which includes researching a topic and calculating reimbursement impacts of various scenarios.  Completion of Models 3-4 times a year to support settlement entries.  Completion of Medicaid DSH Eligibility and HSL surveys.

  • Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • Degree in Finance or related field a plus.
  • Requires 3+ years of relevant financial or operational analysis experience; at least 2 years of experience in healthcare industry preferred.
  • Requires analytical experience working with complex data sets.
  • Requires proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products/applications; strong Microsoft Excel experience required; relational database and financial or operational modeling experience a plus.
