International Senior FP&A Analyst

<h2><u><b>What makes this a great opportunity?</b></u></h2> <p>This high visibility and critical FP&amp;A position would support collaboration with all Business Units of Region for consolidated Reporting, Business performance reviews, support decision making, variance analysis with actionable insights, budgeting and forecasting etc.</p> <h2><u><b>Role Responsibilities</b></u></h2> <p>►    Support in preparation of yearly Budget, monthly S&amp;OP forecasts, and long-term plans<br/> ►    Close collaboration with all Business Units to track and monitor business performance<br/> ►    Support International Region leadership team in facts and data driven decision making <br/> ►    Reporting and analysis of monthly results in comparison with Budget/ Forecast/ LY<br/> ►    Analysis of all P&amp;L line items from top-line to bottom-line with business drivers<br/> ►    Liaison with Global FP&amp;A for Region’s deliverables like Monthly results, Exec. S&amp;OP Review etc.<br/> ►    Automation of existing reports and standardization<br/> ►    Identification of cost saving opportunities and optimizations across BUs<br/> ►    Formalize and manage monthly International FP&amp;A calendar<br/> ►    Support in handling and delivering on ad hoc data and analytic requests<br/> ►    Support in development of new dashboards</p> <p>Internal relationships: <br/> ►    BU Commercial / FP&amp;A Teams<br/> ►    International FP&amp;A<br/> ►    Global FP&amp;A<br/> ►    International leadership team</p> <p>External relationships:<br/> ►    Management Consultants<br/> ►    Statutory Auditors</p> <h2><u><b>Qualifications</b></u></h2> <ul> <li><span><span><span><span>MBA (Finance) / Chartered Accountant / Master’s degree in Finance/accounts</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>5-7 years of relevant experience </span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Fluency in English as position would have to interact across geographies</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Excellent Microsoft Excel/ PowerPoint skills is necessary</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Working knowledge of VBA, Power Query, Power Pivot, Power BI and Tableau is desirable</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint to support in monthly finance presentations</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Financial analytics mindset adept at number crunching</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Multi-tasking and ability to perform under pressure and meet strict deadlines</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Business acumen and a continuous development mindset is necessary</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Effective communication skills are necessary</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Experience in working with cross-functional teams</span></span></span></li> </ul>
