JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an Associate Director, Finance – ISC Opex Functions Global Process Owner (GPO) to serve as a strategic advisor and financial steward for our Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) function across the enterprise. In this pivotal role, you will lead all aspects of operating expense planning, forecasting, and analysis, ensuring alignment with business objectives and financial targets. As the Global Process Owner for Opex Management, you will drive financial performance and operational efficiency through strong business acumen, analytical rigor, and a collaborative mindset.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as the primary finance liaison for assigned functional areas, collaborating with leaders to develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and resource allocation.
  • Lead monthly close processes, variance analysis, and reporting for OpEx cost centers
  • Drive process transformation, optimization, and governance initiatives aimed at improving service delivery, efficiency, and cost optimization.
  • Develop and implement operational KPIs, dashboards, and performance reviews to measure business impact and improvement outcomes.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly reporting packages, executive summaries, and ad hoc analyses leveraging tools like Workday Adaptive, BPC, and Power BI.

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor's degree required with a focus in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Master’s degree with a focus in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred

EXPERIENCE

  • 10+ years of experience in finance including financial planning required
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling and forecasting required
  • Experience with ERP systems and financial planning tools required
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills required
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives required
  • Must be self-driven, proactive, comfortable with ambiguity, and seeks continuous improvement
  • Must have demonstrated the ability to work in a fast-paced, matrix, challenging environment with strong attention to detail
