Part-Time Ticket Seller

The Dallas Cowboys are seeking energetic, outgoing, and responsible individuals to serve as members of our Part Time Game Day Ticket Seller and Service team. This role is responsible for resolving ticket issues at events held at AT&T Stadium and the Ford Center at The Star.

Job Duties:

• Assist customers with mobile ticket purchasing or ticket related issues using the Seat Geek platform
• Be solution oriented. Exhibit strong problem-solving skills including listening, identifying, and resolving problems in a calm and friendly manner
• Strive to be welcoming, knowledgeable, and willing to assist guests in any way
• Be familiar with our venues to better assist our guests with seat or other location related questions
• Know when to escalate an issue
• Strive to be welcoming, knowledgeable, and willing to assist guests in any way

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Able to sit, stand walk, bend for extended periods of time
• Able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
• Bilingual a plus
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
