As a Data Science intern at Acumatica, you will have the opportunity to work on real world projects that can greatly benefit from Data Science and machine learning. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience and the chance to apply your knowledge to practical challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in data identification, gathering, cleaning, and preprocessing
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
• Develop and implement machine learning models
• Present findings and insights to stakeholders
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to ongoing projects

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a Computer Science program or related field
• Strong interest in Data Science and machine learning
• Basic understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with data manipulation libraries such as Pandas and Numpy
• Knowledge of machine learning frameworks such Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
• Previous coursework or projects related to Data Science or machine learning
