Fully remote are roles that can be performed remotely, require employees to live in approved states and will have purpose-driven in-person interactions on occasion.

Job Summary

The associate in this position will develop, coordinate and maintain the overall status reporting templates and executive dashboards for the financial aspects and schedules associated with IT Projects. This position will develop and implement standard cost, schedule and risk programs, processes and practices to ensure IT projects are performed in accordance with approved budgets and schedules. It also implements project management system tools to facilitate enhanced oversight and review of project and portfolio cost and schedule data.

Job Responsibilities

•Develop, coordinate and maintain the overall status reporting templates and executive dashboards for IT Projects.
•Develop and implement processes and practices to ensure IT projects are performed in accordance with Stage Gate Process.
•Develop and maintain query tools in order to improve the overall Enterprise PMO (EPMO) tool platform and reporting.
•Develop and implement project management system tools to facilitate enhanced oversight and review of project and portfolio metrics
•Assist in portfolio prioritization Process and planning including prioritization model and processes for Intake and Demand management.
•Review and monitor all IT projects/programs for program performance and perform regular corporate audits and prepare reports for same

Job Specific Qualifications

Required:
•Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, IT,  Business or related field
•At least 5 years of relevant experience
•Experience with Integrated Data Management and reporting Tools such as Crystal Reports, MS Excel, MS Access, Business Objects, Xcelsius, Oracle, ODBC, etc.
•5 to 10 years of Project Management experience (project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & controlling, closeout)
•Experience with Enterprise Portfolio Software tools (ServiceNow, Smartsheet)
•Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communications skills
•Proven ability to interface effectively across all levels of management
