About the role
The Repairs Technician II, under immediate supervision, is responsible for multifunctional support of various internal and external departments. The Repairs Technician I will be responsible for RMA repair, communication with customers and data management.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair fielded products once they are received in-house
- Document, maintain, upgrade or replace hardware and software systems
- Support and maintain account and data information about repairs
- Determine and recommend which products or services best fit the customers' needs
- Ensure compliance with established internal control procedures in coordination with FAA regulations Part 145
- Program operational logistics and reporting support
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Some post High School coursework in Electronics
- 3-6 years of experience working in a similar role
- Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within an electronics lab or FAA environment
- Understanding of basic electronics and soldering skills, IPC 610 a plus
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Programs
- Working knowledge of ERP system
- Working experience in an administrative or customer service role
Benefits
The starting pay range for this position is $22.25 /hour to $28.25 /hour per year however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location.
