Do you love helping people find the perfect color or the right paint for their project? Are you friendly, energetic, and detail-oriented? Farm and Home Hardware in Ashland is looking for a Paint Clerk / Salesperson to join our team!

What You’ll Do

• Assist customers with paint, stain, and finishing needs – from choosing the right product to mixing the perfect color.
  
  
• Keep the paint department organized, stocked, and looking its best.
  
  
• Provide outstanding customer service with a positive attitude.
  
  
• Learn about our full line of hardware, home improvement, and DIY products to make helpful suggestions.
  
  
• Operate paint mixers, tinting machines, and other equipment safely and accurately.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• A people-person with excellent communication skills.
  
  
• Someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
  
  
• Basic math and measurement skills (helpful for paint mixing).
  
  
• Willingness to learn and grow within our family-owned business.
  
  
• Previous retail or paint experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right candidate!
