Job Description

At LinkedIn, our approach to flexible work is centered on trust and optimized for culture, connection, clarity, and the evolving needs of our business. The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.

This role can be based in San Francisco, Mountain View, New York or Chicago.

We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven, and results-oriented Acquisition Marketing Manager to join our LinkedIn Ads Growth Marketing team. This team is focused on helping businesses understand and unlock the value of LinkedIn Ads. In this role, you’ll lead bottom-of-funnel acquisition strategies across multiple marketing channels, with a focus on capturing high-intent demand and accelerating customer growth.

You’ll work cross-functionally with content, operations, product, and R&D teams to build and optimize full-funnel campaigns that inspire businesses to advertise on LinkedIn.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute acquisition strategies to capture high-intent, bottom-of-funnel demand across marketing channels, including paid media, LinkedIn, email, and web.
  • Define campaign strategy—including objectives, audience targeting, messaging, and channel mix—and implement campaigns in partnership with LinkedIn’s Marketing Operations team.
  • Maintain and optimize evergreen acquisition campaigns by enhancing high-performing assets and decommissioning underperformers.
  • Analyze campaign performance, identify key drivers, and implement data-driven optimizations to improve conversion and ROI.
  • Identify opportunities to accelerate new customer acquisition beyond traditional marketing channels, such as partnering with R&D to improve in-product prospect conversion.
  • Determine how to leverage the web experience to better educate and convert incoming prospects, including landing page strategy and content optimization.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience managing digital acquisition marketing programs across multiple channels (e.g., email, paid media, web).
  • 3+ years of experience analyzing campaign performance, interpreting metrics, and making data-driven decisions

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the Ad Tech or B2B industry, with a strong understanding of digital advertising ecosystems and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to connect marketing strategies to broader business objectives, with a track record of influencing cross-functional initiatives across Product, Sales, and Marketing.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with executive stakeholders, including Marketing and Sales leadership.
  • Proven success collaborating with cross-functional teams—including product, sales, and technical stakeholders—to deliver integrated, high-impact marketing solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, evolving environment, with a comfort level navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities.
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset, strong sense of ownership, and demonstrated leadership in driving initiatives from concept to execution.

Suggested Skills:

  • Strategic Planning
  • Full-Funnel Marketing
  • Campaign Management
  • Data Analysis & Performance Optimization
  • Executive Communication
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
