As the world of work continues to evolve, we are bringing together the individuals, ideas, technology to unlock business and human growth. </p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>Together with a team of junior associates, you will advise HR teams of companies on the tax consequences of employing people in an international context and assist individual taxpayers (both residents and non-residents) in structuring and managing their personal income tax situation. </p><p>You will act as first contact for the client’s HR responsible and have regular contacts with specialists in payroll, immigration and other Global Mobility related domains. You will organise and review the practical personal income tax aspects to be dealt with for an employee, including tax litigation, as well as the advice on personal income tax and global mobility matters for our clients.</p><p>You will frequently be in contact with people of varying cultures and nationalities inside and outside our newly established organisation.</p><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li><p>You have a master’s degree in Fiscal economics or Fiscal law</p></li><li><p>You are fluent in Dutch and English</p></li><li><p>You have strong communication skills and are client oriented;</p></li><li><p>You have a practical and hands-on attitude;</p></li><li><p>Accuracy, a critical mind-set and good writing skills are embedded in your DNA;</p></li><li><p>You are well-organised, stress resistant and able to meet (tight) deadlines;</p></li><li><p>You are a team player and take responsibility in developing yourself and others;</p></li><li><p>You are looking for a fun and great place to work.</p></li></ul><p>For this experienced senior associate job, the ideal candidate will have: </p><ul><li>3-4 years of relevant working experience in the field of global mobility;</li><li>Proven ability to manage multiple assignments, clients and staff;</li><li>Ability to confidently deal with demanding situations, various stakeholders and requirements under time pressure;</li><li>Good project management, problem-solving and analytical skills as required to work in teams;</li><li>Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills;</li><li>the wish to look for a fun and great place to work.</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>Besides the incredibly interesting newly created environment, we offer you: </p><ul><li><p>Valuable experience in a multidisciplinary team of over 120 passionate professionals in the Netherlands and 6000 globally.</p></li><li><p>Continuous learning with training (both technical and soft skills) in the Netherlands and abroad. </p></li><li><p>A flexible working schedule including working from home. </p></li><li><p>Competitive salary and benefits package.</p></li><li><p>Monthly internet allowance.</p></li><li><p>Company car / car allowance, laptop, second monitor for working from home, iPhone and noise-canceling headphones.</p></li><li><p>30 vacation days.</p></li></ul><p>We have two offices in the Netherlands:</p><ul><li><p>Amsterdam </p></li><li><p>Rotterdam</p></li></ul>
